This project focused on the transformation of an unfinished commercial unit through a utility space renovation. The initial phase involved a thorough clearing of the area. We removed construction debris, an old ladder, and various outdated materials to prepare the site. Subsequently, the interior walls were meticulously cleaned and prepared. They received a durable, professional-grade coat of paint. Transitioning to the ground surface, the raw concrete floor was prepared and coated with a clean, light-grey finish. This was a core component of the utility space renovation. Furthermore, functional elements like the water heater and metal shelving were integrated into the updated layout. Ultimately, the work resulted in a professional environment, showcasing the full potential of a functional workspace.
